❉ Because our products are handmade and specially customized, we will not provide any refund, return or exchange when shipping and delivering the order.
❉ If you received the wrong item due to our mistake, we’ll issue a refund. Otherwise, refunds are not applicable for custom products.
❉ If you would like additional modifications, you may ship your custom products back to us at your own expense, and we will gladly make the desired changes to ensure it meets your expectations.

How to cancel an order?
❉ If you want to modify the order, please contact us within 24 hours. And provide the information you need to modify. We will confirm the modified information with you.
❉ “You can unconditionally cancel the order within 24 hours after the order is generated, but any cancellation will be charged a cancellation fee of 10% of the total price of your order. Please forgive me because the bank will also charge me a cancellation fee of this amount for transactions.”
★ Note that the order cannot be cancelled 24 hours after it is generated!
