DELIVERY TIME
Because each custom product is meticulously handcrafted and requires dedicated curing time for maximum durability, delivery consists of two steps:
• Crafting & Preparation: 3–10 business days (Material selection, design curation, artisan handcrafting, and natural air-curing)
• Estimated Shipping Time: 3–15 business days (Tracked international air shipping)
• Total Estimated Time: 6–25 business days
Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly during peak holiday seasons or due to local customs clearance.
ORDER TRACKING & TRANSIT ISSUES
Once your order is dispatched, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier details.
• Tracking Updates: Please allow 1 to 3 business days for the initial tracking information to update online. You can track your package anytime directly on our Track Order page.
• Package Loss: We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as successfully delivered to the provided address. Please ensure a secure delivery location or contact your local carrier with your tracking number to file a claim.
• Incorrect Address: It is essential to provide accurate shipping information during checkout. We will not be held responsible for undelivered or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses, missing details or failed to do customs clearance.
